Make cyclists pay road tax due to change of highway code

What the petition asks
Due to the new changes in the highway code we feel that cyclists should now pay road tax as now they will be taking up roads and causing traffic.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
