What the petition asks

I want cyclist to now wear a helmet and have lights fitted to their Cycles and also be fully insured in case of an accident now they are allowed to ride more in the middle of the road

Im concern and I feel that cyclists now taking on the roads and are getting involved with cars a lot more or if Cycle sbike cost between 2000 to £10,000 and I believe that these bikes need be insured by law , just like any as a car driver a motorcycle rider who are we supposed to claim off when they are all over the road in groups it's not fair on the car are or bike ride a have to pay the insurance premium for their mistake of riding on sometimes the wrong side of the road or in a massive group
