Grant those who have periods a day off work to deal with period pain.

What the petition asks
Make it legal for those who have periods to take a day of paid leave to deal with the many pains and issues caused by periods.
At least 60% of women who have periods report pain and discomfort during their periods and its unfair that we still expect women to just take a pain killer and continue work as normal when they're bleeding, having severe cramps, aches, soreness, bloating and mood swings which are mostly not controllable.
Granting a day of paid work would help morale and increase productivity among those who suffer from this as it helps them look after themselves and come back to work healthier.
