Reduce cost of rent and transports

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I want you to reduce rent and transport costs and focus more on the mental health of all the tax payers. We are not made to sacrifice ourselves and work +50 hours per week just because we cannot afford to live in London and we are underpaid and hourly paid.
We are sick and tired of severe delays and strikes, we are sick and tired to pay huge amount of money towards rent and not getting the right amount of money to live as we should!

Nobody wants to share a house or a flat for the rest of their life! This is not what a person should live for their mental health wellbeing!

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for. Decisions about rent and transport costs are a matter for landlords and transport providers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
