Allow Women to have temporary paid sick leave when suffering from Menstrual Pain

What the petition asks
I believe I am speaking on behalf of all Women when I ask this of the Government: to allow women paid sick leave whilst suffering from menstrual pain.
For far too long, women across the Country (and quite possibly the Globe) have been expected to perform whilst at work despite being in agonising pain due to their Menstrual Cycle and Endometriosis.
This is a natural monthly cycle that can cause excruciating physical pain and hormonal imbalances that often impacts those suffering with their daily activities, including going to work. More often than not, over the counter pain relief is not sufficient.
