What the petition asks
Railway workers are engaged in lawful Industrial Action, this can only be prolonged as long as Employment Agencies are allowed to provide “temps”in these circumstances.
Providing undertrained temporary workers hides issues which need to be addressed, giving employers an excuse not to negotiate.

Introduce legislation to make such profiteering unlawful which will shorten the length of time Industrial Action is needed.
