Nurses who worked in 2022 and/or up until March 31st 2023 should be eligible for the one off payment.
The one off payment should be given to those who worked in the last financial year.
NOT just for those employed as of 31st March 2023.

Nurses have left because of poor pay and burn out from covid. They should be rewarded for their work.
