What the petition asks

To stab someone with a knife holds a custodial sentence I. Regards to dogs attacking. It is lack of training and knowledge along with neglectful owners,Instead of banding breeds and penalising owners with said breeds that control their animals, have sentences for those who have animals that attack

Pass a law to have dog licenses, and sentences for owners of animals that attack people
