Bring back dog licenses, for all breeds, to ensure responsible dog ownership, reduce animal cruelty and back yard breeding

For the last 50 years different dog breeds have been a topic of BSL, it’s time to make the owners responsible and to prevent, bad owners, dogs being owned as a status symbols. Being owned for back yard breeding and being dumped when they are no longer wanted
