Dog Owner Assessments before ownership is allowed and a licence granted.

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Bring in Dog Licences and Human Dog Breed Assessments for any potential dog owners to assess capability to own a dog breed. The outcome of will determine whether they are capable of ownership of a dog and which breed will bear suit the households lifestyle.
Because statistically certain breeds bite and show aggressive tendencies however the XL Bully is now being targeted...
However because of the visual impact of this breed certain groups of people who are looking to use them for reputation, protection, fighting and other unimaginable things, these dogs are only acting the way they've been taught to...

Every breed has different nurturing needs and people should only own what is safe and suitable for them to do so!!!
