Prevent enforcement of school uniforms if temperatures exceed a certain level

What the petition asks
I would like the Government to make it so that if temperatures rise above a certain level, Primary and Secondary School should not have to wear full school uniform.
Many students find it extremely difficult to concentrate and get work completed when it is too hot, especially when they are also required to wear a school uniform, which might not be suitable for hot weather.
The Government should make it so that schools cannot require their students to wear a full school uniform if temperatures exceed a certain level, to be set following consultation with the education sector and students.
