What the petition asks

We would like you to put in place a law that everyone who breeds kittens should be licenses to stop the cruelty that happens when unlicensed people breed kittens,

All rescues are full at the moment helping feral and unwanted cats/kittens in their areas
It is made worse when we are finding unneutered cats being let out to breed and having kittens for money. Some having litter after litter and there is no law to stop this.
Some if the cruelty that goes with unlicensed breeding is.
When no longer able to breed they just put them out on the streets

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
