What the petition asks

Create a bill to repeal laws requiring and enforcing citizens to pay a license including section 363 of the Communications Act 2003.

The BBC is considered by many as not an unbiased organisation and, furthermore, ideologically captured. Taking the decision to not call Hamas a terrorist organisation - one that is responsible for beheading babies - and requiring citizens to pay a licence fee by force to such an organisation is unconscionable.

I think it's time to allow citizens to remove support for such an organisation.
