What the petition asks
Please put in place a vetting process for all new dog owners or dog owners wishing to purchase another dog and decline the owner if they fail the vetting. This is to help all dogs of any breeds go to a safe forever home where the breed will not be provoked to do something out of character.
For example, a vetting process in place for anyone wanting to purchase a new dog or another dog.
