What the petition asks

Low prices/ price cap it, regulate insurance cost or reconsider the legal requirement of car insurance.

As a 17-year-old female mechanic, the exorbitant cost of car insurance is a struggle that I and many other young people all over the country face. The incredibly high quotes—between 6 and 10 thousand pounds a year are taking most of my hard-earned wages. This is not right.
