Petition

Revoke new mileage tax on electric cars

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

It was the goverment who drove us all to switch to electric vehicles; adding a mileage tax is a step too far. If we invest in green energy, we shouldnt be punished for it. Take the planned mileage tax away. EV owners already pay more road tax than some petrol vehicles, that is already wrong.
Its there agenda that we invested in electric vehicles, so there shouldnt now be an additional mileage tax, we already have to pay more road tax;then some petrol vehicles. Its the opposite to encourage people to go green.
