Recycling of Household Waste
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the recent report by the Accounts Commission, Performance Indicators 2000/2001: Environmental and Regulatory Services - Comparing the Performance of Scottish Councils, showing that Argyll and Bute Council recycled almost twice as much household waste as the national average; congratulates all those in the community who are involved on their efforts, and calls upon the Scottish Executive to continue to press for more of our waste to be recycled.
