Scotland's Return to the EU Beef Market

That the Parliament welcomes the return of Scottish beef to the European market; recognises that this was a result of concerted co-operation between British and Scottish Ministers and the National Farmers’ Union; believes that this was assisted by Scotland’s reputation for producing the best quality beef, and urges the industry and the Scottish Executive to co-operate in spearheading a marketing drive.
