Forth Estuary Hovercraft
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Stagecoach Group for its innovative bid to slash journey times across the Forth, from Kirkcaldy to Portobello, with plans to trial a hovercraft service for a three-week period and encourages commuters to give the service every consideration in order that it may be fully tested and, if successful, retained as a viable alternative to road and rail travel.
