As an amendment to motion S2M-05192 in the name of Ms Sandra White (Time for Real Debate), leave out from “without the usual” to end and insert “on the whole issue of private and state ownership, including returning the electricity, gas and coal industries to public ownership and democratic administration and the promotion of affordability, quality of service and the best possible employment conditions in place of the current worship of profit and obscene enrichment of private dividend holders and chief executives.”
