The motion
As an amendment to motion S3M-01751 in the name of Linda Fabiani (Historic Scotland and Local Authorities), insert at end “and encourages Historic Scotland to work with local authorities to improve the consultation with local communities on the designation of listed buildings and scheduled monuments”.
