Leven Community Cinema Group
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Leven Community Cinema group for bringing cinema back to the Levenmouth area and its efforts to bring the town’s Regent cinema back into use; applauds the role played by the East Fife Mail in this campaign; praises all the volunteers, organisations, local businesses and criminal justice community service workers for their support to the project over the last two months; welcomes the provision of £20,000 of funding by Fife Council’s Levenmouth Area Committee to the Leven Community Cinema group for the initiative, and looks forward to the grand reopening of the cinema shortly.
