The Scottish Lime Centre Trust
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Charlestown Workshops, the home of the Scottish Lime Centre Trust, on promoting the use of traditional skills to effectively repair, maintain and conserve Scotland’s historic stone-built buildings; acknowledges its educational programme, providing advice, training and practical experience in the use of lime for repair and conservation of such buildings, and further acknowledges its direct links with research projects and specialist on-site consultancy advice.
