Congratulations to Margaret Mullen
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Margaret Mullen, the school crossing warden for Dysart Primary School, who was appointed an MBE in the 2011 New Year Honours list for services to education; commends Margaret for her long service and dedication to the safety of children at Dysart Primary School, and welcomes the award on behalf of the headteacher, staff, children and parents at Dysart Primary School to their much-loved crossing warden.
