Well Done, Glenrothes Strollers
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Glenrothes Strollers on receiving the Best Community Football Club of the Year award at the Scottish Football Association (SFA)’s Grassroots Awards 2011; notes that the club has also recently won the SFA’s East Region Community Football Club of the Year and was runner-up in the Scottish Community Sports Club Awards; applauds the club’s committee members and volunteers for giving so many young people in Glenrothes and the surrounding areas the opportunity to participate in sport, and wishes the club all the best for the future.
