The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-03278 in the name of Kenny MacAskill (Improving Services for Victims and Witnesses), after “support for victims” insert “; believes that the best way to stand up for the rights of victims and witnesses would be to establish honesty in sentencing by ending the automatic early release of prisoners".
