Winter Resilience
The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-04518 in the name of Keith Brown (Winter Resilience), insert at end ", but notes with concern reports that some councils are considering cutting back on winter resilience measures such as road gritting due to financial pressures caused by the Scottish Government's poor financial settlement for local authorities".
