Narcotics Anonymous Glasgow Area's 15th Annual Convention

That the Parliament notes that the 15th annual convention of the Glasgow area of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) was held from 9 to 11 August 2013; commends the event and those who took part; applauds what it sees as the commitment and courage of people who, every day, fight their addiction to drugs, including alcohol, by using the strength and support provided by NA; notes that this comes at no cost to the public purse; applauds everybody involved with NA, and believes that they are an ordinary group of people who carry out extraordinary work to overcome addiction and build a meaningful life for themselves from being abstinent from drugs.
