The motion

That the Parliament expresses its dismay that the companies awarded the contract for the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route and Balmedie/Tipperty project, Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try (Morrison Construction) and Carillion, have been identified as being involved in the blacklisting of construction workers; believes that these companies should admit what they have done, apologise to those affected and pay compensation before being awarded any further public contracts, and further believes that the Scottish Government should explain to the Parliament how this award is in line with the provisions of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Bill.
