St George's and St Peter's Community Association
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates St George's and St Peter's Community Association on receiving a £540,321 Big Lottery grant; understands that the grant will be used to expand the group’s Daffodil Club over the next five years; further understands that the group will assist older people with shopping, medical appointments and advocacy as well as providing transport to a weekly lunch club, and welcomes efforts to support vulnerable people in the Easterhouse area.
