Kelso High School, Gold Status
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates everyone at Kelso High School on it being presented with Gold status from sportscotland as part of the School Sport Awards programme, which encourages schools to continuously improve physical education (PE) and sports opportunities; understands that only a small number of schools with the highest PE standard and an overall score of 75% or above in their self-assessment score can apply for this status; congratulates Kelso High School on putting young people at the forefront of both its decision making and in the planning of PE and sport, and wishes all at the school well in it maintaining its high standards when it moves to its new building.
