Forthcoming Retirement of Colin Parker, Chief Executive of Aberdeen Harbour Board
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Colin Parker, the Chief Executive of the Aberdeen Harbour Board, on his dedicated service; notes that, after more than 29 years, Colin is to retire at the end of 2017; recognises that, in this time, he oversaw a number of substantial and successful projects, including the planning of the harbour expansion into Nigg Bay and the development of the Torry marine base, and wishes Colin a long and happy retirement.
