The Dance School of Scotland Celebrates 20 Years of Musical Theatre
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Dance School of Scotland on another outstanding year; acknowledges that the dance school, which is attended by children throughout Scotland, is the country's only fully-funded centre of excellence for dance and musical theatre, providing both expert vocational training and a full academic curriculum for children in S1 to S6; congratulates the school on celebrating 20 years of the musical theatre course; thanks Graham Dickie and all of the staff over the years, and acknowledges that the school, which is part of Knightswood Secondary School, has won international acclaim in both vocational dance and musical theatre.
