Cash Boost from Ukelele Club for Dundee Charities
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates members of Happy Ukes ukelele club on raising money for two Dundee-based charities; understands that the cheques for £1,500 each were presented to Insight Counselling, which also provides services in Arbroath, and Dundee Age Concern; further understands that this money was raised by club members playing concerts at a host of different venues during 2018, and wishes the club success with its fundraising plans for 2019.
