Funding for smART CRAFT
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Wester Hailes Community Trust, which is a collaborative organisation that supports community led-development, has awarded WHALE Arts £2,500 towards smART CRAFT, which is an arts group for adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and additional support needs; notes that this will be used to run the group up to June 2019; acknowledges that the group will be exhibiting its work in a display at WHALE Arts; recognises the social benefits of such groups, and wishes smART CRAFT the very best in continuing to be a source of support for people in south west Edinburgh.
