Monte Carlo Rally in Clydebank
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Clydebank on hosting the Scottish starting point of the world-famous Monte Carlo Rally 2019; notes that the event is expected to bring thousands of visitors to the area to view more than 80 classic cars that will be on public display near the foot of the landmark, the Titan Crane; understands that dozens of classic vehicles will set off through the streets of Clydebank as they begin their 1,500 mile dash to Monaco, and thanks West Dunbartonshire Council for securing and organising this prestigious event.
