Welcoming the Moray Blue Light Festival
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the upcoming launch of the Moray Blue Light Festival, which will take place in Elgin on 23 March 2019; understands that the festival has been organised to recognise and celebrate the work of local emergency services across Moray; notes that the festival will include a series of exhibitions, stalls and demonstrations by local organisations, and wishes everyone involved in organising the event every success.
