Turriff Show Highlights North East Produce
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes plans by the organisers of the Turriff Show, which it understands is Scotland's biggest two-day farming event, to expand its food and drink focus at the 2019 show, which will be held in early August; considers that the north east is one of the iconic food and drink regions of Scotland and produces some of the world's most respected brands of whisky, beef, lamb and seafood, and congratulates the organisers on promoting the quality produce of the north east.
