Aberdeen Dolphin Festival
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the upcoming launch of the Aberdeen Dolphin Festival, which will run from 25 to 28 April 2019; understands that the festival has been organised by RSPB Scotland with funding from the ScottishPower Foundation and the Heritage Lottery Fund; notes that the festival will give people the opportunity to see the local marine wildlife from the vantage point of the Torry Battery with panoramic views of the harbour mouth and North Sea; understands that Aberdeen is one of the best places in Europe to see bottlenose dolphins, and wishes the event every success.
