Congratulating Shetland Reel Gin
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Shetland business, Shetland Reel Gin, on winning the Scale-up Business of the Year category at the FSB Scotland Small Business Awards; notes the importance of artisan food and drink to the local economy of the islands, and the offer it presents to tourists; understands that Shetland Reel Gin is produced at Saxa Vord Distillery, which is one of the smallest commercial gin distilleries in the UK, and wishes everyone at Shetland Reel Gin every success as they represent Scotland at the UK final in London on 23 May 2019.
