Friends of Kilpatrick
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes that Friends of Kilpatrick has been awarded a £10,000 Awards for All Scotland grant from the National Lottery Community Fund to enhance the services provided by Kilpatrick School; understands that the school is a specialist establishment providing education from birth to 18 for 158 children and young people with additional support needs; notes that the money will be used to buy new tents for the Duke of Edinburgh Group, replacing the old second-hand ones, to provide support for residential places in primary and secondary classes and to facilitate Family Fun evenings, where parents, children and staff can get together to relax and have fun, and wishes everyone involved success with their future endeavours.
