Sky's Women in Tech Programme
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Women in Tech scholars programme, which has been established by the broadcaster, Sky; notes that five women from across the company who have a passion for science, technology and engineering, will be selected to become Sky Scholars; understands that the Sky Scholars will be provided with a £25,000 bursary and a professional sponsor, in addition to a mentor; notes that this could benefit workers in West Lothian where the company has a call centre base, and wishes those selected the best of luck in their career.
