CRT Marks its 20th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) on marking its 20th anniversary; understands that the CRT was established to assist mining communities recover from the impact of pit closures and de-industrialisation; notes that the trust will spend 2019 reflecting on its achievements, as well as looking to the future to revitalise former communities with its project, Pits, People, Progress, and thanks the CRT for its efforts in supporting the development of mining towns and villages across Scotland.
