People's Postcode Lottery Supporting Loretto Care's Green Fingers Project in Maryhill
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Loretto Care on being awarded £5,350 by the Postcode Local Trust for its "Green Fingers - Maryhill Garden" project; understands that the funding will be used to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and mental health issues through creativity and gardening; notes that the People’s Postcode Lottery has supported good causes with over £393 million of funding; welcomes the allocation of funding to support community gardening projects that help improve wellbeing and inclusion, and wishes all involved in the Green Fingers project all the best in meeting these aims.
