Good Causes in Lothian Receive Postcode Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the funding for good causes in Lothian that has been recently allocated by the People's Postcode Lottery; understands that Bathgate Community Council received £2,000 from the lottery's Local Trust for its Wester Inch Wildlife project, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) was awarded £2,424 from the Community Trust for RSNO Generations and that the Postcode Trust presented the Community Help and Advice Initiative with £16,919 for its Welfare Advice and Representation project, the Pregnancy and Parents Centre with £10,911 for its drop-in groups and its Isolation in Edinburgh project and the Leith Theatre Trust with £17,500 for the project, LT Yardheads; congratulates each of the groups, and wishes them all the best in their endeavours.
