The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Margaret McCairn on receiving the Jean Lochhead Campbell Student Nursing Award from the University of West Scotland; applauds Margaret on her hard work and dedication as a district nurse in Helensburgh; recognises her professionalism and commitment, and thanks her for caring for the community.
