ELCAP 30th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that the East Lothian social care charity, ELCAP, has celebrated the 30th anniversary of its founding; understands that the charity, which provides support for people with physical and mental disabilities, hosted the event at the Lighthouse Hub in Prestonpans and invited two pipers from Preston Lodge High School Pipe Band to perform; commends the staff and volunteers for all their hard work in running the charity, and wishes them every success for the future.
