That the Parliament congratulates the Kirkcaldy Redskins on winning the Scottish Ice Hockey U13 League after defeating North Ayr 7-3; understands that the team is unbeaten in 2018-19, and wishes the players the best of luck in the upcoming Scottish Cup semi-final.
