Belville Community Garden Trust Benefits from Postcode Lottery
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that Belville Community Garden Trust has received £15,000 from the Postcode Local Trust; congratulates the Inverclyde-based charity on attracting this funding for its "The Forager’s Club" project, which will help to create "The Forager’s" children’s nature groups, with the aims of connecting children with the natural world; notes that this project aims to improve children’s understanding of the natural environment as well as boosting their mental and physical health, and thanks all the staff and volunteers at the trust for their work in the local community.
