McManus Museum in Dundee Introduces Audio Guides
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the introduction of audio guides at the McManus Museum in Dundee; understands that these will tell the story of the city’s history, including its designation as a UNESCO city of design, its maritime history, its landscapes and lives, the Picts, the Royal Arch and the Victoria Gallery; notes that the guides will be available in six languages, and recognises the need for such a development to help cater for what it sees as the growing number of international visitors to Dundee and the museum.
